Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive/Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive direct bookings, and increase online engagement for the hotel or resort. This role plays a key part in promoting the property across digital platforms, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing online performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align digital efforts with sales targets.
Manage online marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI.
Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to reviews and inquiries, and build community presence.
Track social media analytics and adjust strategy as needed.
Website SEO

Oversee hotel/resort website updates, ensuring content is current, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Optimize website for organic search rankings and user experience.
Work with developers or platforms (e.g., WordPress) for updates and improvements.
Online Advertising Campaigns

Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Launch seasonal or promotional campaigns targeting key audiences.
Monitor performance and adjust creatives and bids as necessary.
Email Marketing CRM

Create targeted email campaigns to promote offers, events, and brand updates.
Manage subscriber lists and segment databases for personalized marketing.
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics Reporting

Track and report KPIs for all digital channels (website traffic, conversions, CTR, ROAS).
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards.
Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Hospitality, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or travel industry.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Experience with CMS, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and basic HTML is a plus.
Creative mindset with strong content and visual sensibility.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:

Based on-site at the hotel/resort, with flexibility for campaign deadlines.
Collaboration with marketing, sales, FB, and front office teams.
May require occasional work during weekends or events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
