Role Summary:
We're seeking a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is not just a marketing executor’s role – you will be a thinker, strategist, and implementer, owning every aspect of our digital presence. No micromanagement. You lead, you deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Planning:
Create and own a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across channels (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, SEO, WhatsApp, Email, Influencer, Affiliate, etc.)
Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Execution Optimization:
Plan and run performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, etc.) and optimize based on ROI.
Manage SEO/SEM, social media, influencer campaigns, affiliate marketing, and content strategy.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to track, report, and continuously improve performance.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal design/content/product teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Brief and manage freelancers or agencies (when required).
Growth Innovation:
Identify growth hacks, new tools, and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Suggest and implement new channels, automations, and A/B experiments.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in performance and brand marketing for D2C/eCommerce brands.
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Email/WhatsApp marketing tools (like Interakt, Brevo), and SEO.
Strong knowledge of Shopify and D2C sales funnels.
Excellent grasp of data, KPIs, and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Heatmaps.
Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and drive growth with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused with a startup mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and B2B campaigns.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
