Digital Marketing Executive

Job Brief :
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology.
Roles and responsibilities :
• Ensure that the lead management system is linked to all our social assets, landing pages and website
• Proven track record in managing SEO for an organization including On Page / Off Page activities, Website Optimization. Experience in all phases of Search Engine Optimization process, including in-depth site analysis, on-page optimization, link building promotion and fix accessibility issues. Manage the SEO strategy to ensure that the institution always figures at the top of the search results.
• Manage SEM campaigns, monitor and report their performances
• Plan and execute emailer/SMS/Messaging Campaigns, optimise and report their performances
• Analyse the visitor metric on our website and social assets to optimise the same for maximum conversions
• Ensure good practices in all the digital campaigns and protect our IP from SPAM listing.
• Source, clean up and maintain the various databases loaded on our lead management system
• Coordinate for creatives etc with the Digital Marketing Agency and monitor the efficacy of the agencies' performance
• Keep a check on the budget spends on digital marketing
• Ensure that the content across all microsites and website is synchronised and kept updated
• Conduct events such as webinars, competitions, quizzes etc to keep the audience engaged
• Ensure that the website and all social media assets are performing optimally
• Monitor the use of the IFIM app and ensure that the same is rated well on the Google play store and Apple App store
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on our social media channels
• Manage all the contracts with partner websites and monitor the performance of all the campaigns with affiliates.
Qualification :
• MBA in Marketing
• 2-3 years' experience in Digital Marketing
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and experience in lead nurturing activities will be an added advantage
• Good communication and IT skills
