12-month secondment/max-term opportunity

In this position, you’ll be welcomed into a collaborative Chapter that’s dedicated to your growth and success. Working within a high-energy Squad, you’ll focus on optimising digital adoption and engagement for customers . You’ll help to drive the optimisation roadmap plus design, deliver, and refine personalis ation strategies for CommBank app, NetBank, and commbank.com.au—seeing your ideas come to life at scale.

Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Crew drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA’s market leading CommBank app, and its online banking platform NetBank – providing an integral service to over nine million digitally active customers.

You’ll be a part of the Digital Experiences S quad , working as a team alongside a Product Owner, marketing manager, and data analyst to deliver compelling , personalised digital experiences to these customers.

On any given week you will

Bet at the forefront supporting projects that deliver brand-new digital features and experiences via personalised, targeted communications

Own acquisition , engagement, and adoption journeys across the CommBank app, NetBank , and c ommbank.com.au

Drive e nd-to-end delivery of key digital experiences , including targeted p ersonalised messaging and A/B experimentation – from ideation to execution and measurement

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics as needed.

Identify and drive key strategic initiatives

We are interested to hear from people who have

A clear customer focus with proven digital and stakeholder management experience

Strong analytical and financial acumen

Ex perience with the Adobe Platform: Target, Experience Manager, RT-CDP, and Analytics

A passion for using AI and staying informed about current industry trends

Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills

Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver and own a strategy from inception through to execution.
