Overview of the Role

This role combines graphic design and digital marketing, ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about visual storytelling and digital strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing compelling marketing materials while also supporting digital campaigns to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Branding

Design visually engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, brochures, advertisement, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Design various real estate products such as feature sheets, presentations, postcards.
Create and maintain Canva-based templates for marketing materials, making it easy for team members to customize content.
Develop high-quality graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance digital campaigns.
Digital Marketing Strategy

Support social media marketing by designing posts, stories, and ad creatives optimized for engagement.
Assist in executing digital campaigns, including paid social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize design and digital marketing strategies.
Stay updated on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate marketing.
About You

Creative Strategic: You have a strong eye for design, layout, and branding, while also understanding digital marketing strategies.
Proficient in Canva (our primary design tool) and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experienced in social media marketing, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok.
Comfortable with digital analytics, tracking engagement, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in graphic design and digital marketing, ideally in real estate or a related industry.

Knowledge of social media advertising, and email marketing platforms (ie:, Mailchimp).

Experience with CRM platform kvCORE is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
