About the role

This full-time Heavy Vehicle Mechanic position offers an exciting opportunity to join our high performing maintenance team based in Campbellfield, Victoria. As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of our fleet of heavy commercial vehicles, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our transport services.

What you’ll bring to the Team

Formal trade qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics (or related automotive trade) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in a commercial transport or logistics environment.
Current HR and forklift licence, with a HC licence also highly regarded.
Strong mechanical aptitude, with extensive knowledge of heavy vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
