The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their style and budget
• Staying updated on jewelry trends, product details, and Rare Carat offerings
• Managing sales pipelines using CRM tools
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience
