Deputy Manager|Manager|FCU
Good understanding and experience of retail lending products and process, specially the secured products like HL, LAP with 2 to 7 years of experience in fraud control Unit (FCU) of an NBFC / Bank.
Ability to contribute in digital initiatives for FCU unit to strengthen the existing processes and controls. Coordination with FCU vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the FCU Reports. Monitoring and empanelment of FCU Vendors and day to day management of FCU activities with the FCU vendors. Guiding FCU vendors on conducting required documentation and profile check for deals across products. Coordination with different internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Credit etc for smooth processing of the transactions.
Monitoring the document wise, location wise, channel wise, product wise trends of attempted frauds and initiate appropriate actions to safeguard against the frauds.
Keeping a tab on sourcing quality of various sourcing channels and ensuring increased checks and appropriate actions on the channels who deviate from prudent norms/pose higher fraud risk.
Ability to investigate customer and employee frauds, conduct root cause analysis and present along with the facts / findings to the disciplinary committee members
