Job Description

Mandatory know-how:
• Review the Process Training data across different accounts and creating slides for upcoming reviews showcasing in-depth data analysis
• Reporting: Curating data from across processes, analyzing and sharing key call outs with key stakeholders
• Content Development and designing: Hands on Usage Knowledge of content creation tools like Articulate 360, PPT, PowerBI, captivate, activate, Epiplex, video based tools etc

• Strong Creative Presentation Skills on modern day tools
• Team management
• Process oriented, organized, structured and detailed
• Ability to solve problems proactively
• Ability to manage a team and multi-task with minimum supervision in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Creates action plans to improve learning performance during training delivery
• Proposes changes in the training content and/or methodology should this be deemed necessary Planning the Process Training:
• Prepare and evaluate monthly KPI’s for the team and offer coaching and feedback
• Review refresher training content and efficacy
• Follow the performance management grids and ensure timely feedback is shared with the team
• Prepare required reports for internal or external stakeholders on the training activity or process knowledge level of the team
• Takes ownership and drives continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to perform and deliver under pressure and stringent timelines
