RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Manpower Master Data Management - 100% accuracy of department mapping, cost centers, reporting matrix other manpower personal details
Contract Manpower Management – Deployment of Manpower as the department requirement.
Preparation of comprehensive monthly/quarterly/half yearly HR MIS reports and Dashboards
DMS Management
Attendance leave management.
Process separations (FF).
Processing of departmental invoices/bills through SAP/NIS
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
Processing employee benefits and policy related claims
MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
Verification reconciliation of monthly payroll
Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to finance.
Adherence to SOPs / DOA / Policy
Managing Mediclaim Benefits, Coordinating with TPA for queries and settlements
Qualification:-
MBA/MSW
