What your day will look like....
You'll begin your day by tackling a range of complex technical tasks, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality. You'll have the autonomy to make independent decisions, offering advice to peers and managers on intricate procedures. Your technical expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with the Dental Team, offering insights into treatment planning and delivery. Throughout the day, you'll also guide and mentor junior staff, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. In addition, you'll help shape policies and participate in continuous quality improvement activities, all while ensuring the smooth flow of work in the Dental Laboratory. Your ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and support your colleagues will make a real impact on patient care and team success.
