· Providing information: Answer inquiries about services offered, office hours, location, insurance coverage, payment options, and other relevant details.
· Verifying insurance: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate billing and a smooth payment process.
· Confirming appointments: Proactively confirm scheduled appointments with patients, reducing no-shows and maximizing efficiency.
· Handling patient inquiries and complaints: Effectively address patient inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Updating patient records: Accurately update patient information in the system, ensuring all data is current and complete.
· Making outbound calls: Contacting patients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and special promotions.
· Collaboration with the dental team: Communicating effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: Ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
