Position Title: Dental Assistant

Location: Delhi (Gurgoan sec-50, Patel Nagar East, Dwarka Sec-5).

Orthosquare, a leading dental care provider with branches across Delhi, is seeking dedicated and skilled Dental Assistants to join our team at multiple locations. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist dental professionals during treatment procedures, including but not limited to dental surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and extractions.
2. Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
3. Greet and prepare patients for treatment, including obtaining medical history and explaining procedures.
4. Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality.
5. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment options.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, billing, and managing inventory.
7. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
8. Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care and enhance patient satisfaction.
+. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in dental technology.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred.
3. Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
