Essential Responsibilities

Provides excellent care and service to customer
Takes accurate phone orders
Effective Communicator and active listener
Checks out and delivers orders
Accurately handles cash
Serves others
Safely operates a motor vehicle
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Performs other in-store functions while not driving such as folding boxes or other cross-functional associate level tasks
Minimum Requirements
The following education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s) are required to perform in this role:

Valid driver’s license
Education

High School or GED Preferred, but not required
Work Experience

Previous Driver and/or customer service experience helpful, but not required
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities (KSA’s)

Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in service; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
Ethics and Values - Adheres to an appropriate (for the setting) and effective set of core values and beliefs during both good and bad times; acts in line with those values.
