Database Administrator for SQL Server
We're seeking an experienced Senior DBA to manage all aspects of SQL servers  databases, ensuring seamless delivery and support. This role involves administering, supporting, and building databases in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design databases with capacity management consideration and incremental load
• Maintain and monitor database solutions
• Performance tuning: indexing, partitioning load balancing
• Develop and practice disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and architect solutions with development teams
• Ensure security and compliance across all database systems
• Execute database upgrades
• Manage database ACLs
• Automate processes wherever possible
• Analyse informational needs and determine data relationships, attributes, proposed manipulation, data flow, and storage requirements
• Recommend and implement course of action based on analysis
• Define logical attributes and inter-relationships and design complex data structures to enhance performance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience working with operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, Ubuntu, PowerShell, bash Windows, as well as databases like MySQL, Percona, Couchbase, NoSQL concepts. Proficiency in languages such as Shell T-SQL, PL/SQL is also essential. GCP experience, Cloud SQL is highly desirable.
What We Offer
