We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Management and Financial Modeling Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of expertise in database management and financial modeling, with a strong proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or SAP Analytics. This role is critical in supporting our financial analysis and reporting efforts, ensuring data integrity, and creating compelling visualizations that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Develop and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Utilize Alteryx, Power BI, or SAP Analytics to extract, transform, and visualize data for financial reporting and analysis.
• Create and present compelling visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for financial analysis.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on database management tools and financial modeling techniques.

Required Skills And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Proven experience in database management, with hands-on experience in Alteryx, Power BI, or SAP Analytics.
• Strong financial modeling skills, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools.
