Responsibilities:
• Create and manage customer master data, ensuring adherence to SLA guidelines
• Verify PAN/Bank information to prevent errors
• Provide business support in resolving queries related to trade and vendor segments
• Maintain audit compliance and ensure zero audit points by implementing robust data hygiene practices
• Ensure smooth trade customer amendments, including blocking and unblocking
• Perform monthly duplicate checks and quarterly log reviews to optimize trade customer master data
• Complete ad-hoc jobs assigned by senior management to ensure efficient team performance
• Create and maintain material masters with proper validations
