The role

Job Title: Data Input Co-Ordinator

Location: Worcester

Reporting To: Contract Data Input Team Leader

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

Main Purpose:

This role is within our Contract division managing the customer experience within the contracts channel from order through to plot completion on installing new appliances into “New Builds”. Liaising with all relevant departments within PJH to deliver first time completions.

Key Responsibilities

Always provide an excellent level of customer service

Inputting orders and call offs received

Collate and input all forecast information

Liaising with site agents, quantity surveyors and buyers to obtain correct information

Liaising with our Customer Service and Installations Departments to give the best possible service

Perform any other duties as reasonably requested

Essential Skills and Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Team player with strong communication skills

Strong Excel and system skills

Ability to adhere to strict deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Good and accurate keyboard skills

Desirable Skills and Experience

Basic knowledge of Kitchen appliances

The ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
