Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and updating data into computer systems and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Duties
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Update and maintain databases with recent information
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Ensure proper organization of files and documents
• Assist in organizing and maintaining paperwork
Requirements
• Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks and excellent excel knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Knowledge of data collection, entry, and retrieval processes
• Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems
• Experience with order entry into databases or systems like tally
