Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Data Entry Specialist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• * Enter data into computer systems and databases
• * Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
• * Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
• * Verify the accuracy of data entries
• * Resolve data entry errors
• * Work independently and as part of a team
• * Meet deadlines
• * Follow all company policies and procedures
• Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent
• * 1-2 years of experience in data entry
• * Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
• * Attention to detail
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• * Strong organizational skills
• * Ability to meet deadlines
• * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
