As a Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, supporting various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or computer operation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
