Key Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain data files, ensuring proper archiving and easy retrieval when needed.

Data Validation Quality Control:

Perform quality checks to ensure that data entered is error-free and aligns with company standards.

Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to the data provided or entered.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

Data Reporting:

Generate regular reports and summaries based on the data entered, as requested by supervisors or managers.

Assist in the analysis and presentation of data in a clear and accessible format.

Help in preparing data for presentations, meetings, and decision-making processes.

Communication Coordination:

Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Respond to inquiries regarding data entries and assist in resolving any data-related issues.

Coordinate with the team to meet deadlines and address any data entry requests.

Data Entry Maintenance:

Update records as necessary, including modifying and deleting outdated or incorrect information.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient data entry processes.

Keep track of completed and pending data entry tasks to meet deadlines.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering calls, sorting emails, and handling office documents.

Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.
