Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Enter and update financial transactions in Tally ERP with accuracy.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Reconcile invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents using Tally.
Verify and ensure accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Prepare and maintain reports and summaries from Tally as required.
Assist in daily bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.
Organize and maintain financial records and files.
Handle data backups and secure confidential information.
Coordinate with the accounting and administrative teams for data collection and clarification.
