Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Scanning new old fabrics materials and updating the same in the system or company software.
Transfer data from paper formats into database systems or company software.
Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
Ensuring data is backed up.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
Scan documents and print files, when needed. Keep information confidential Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Candidate has to maintain Company Data Base in software.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Creating accurate data base for smooth functioning.
Handling additional duties from time to time.
Comply with data integrity and security policies Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Flexible towards the working environment.
Update existing data regularly.
Retrieve data as requested.
Requirements and skills:

Looking for candidate from Textile Industry background.
Should have atleast 1 year work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk in Textile Industry.
Experience with MS Office and data programs.
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Experience using office equipment, like xerox machine and scanner.
Attention to details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
