· Enter daily financial transactions in Tally/Excel.

· Maintain ledgers, invoices, receipts, and quotations.

· Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closings.

· Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Prepare bills, vouchers, and payment requests.

· Manage petty cash and cash book entries.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

· Review and correct data errors, generate reports.

· Upload and organize digital/physical documents.

· Maintain confidentiality and support audit readiness
