Data Entry Inventory Management Specialist - (ZR_25328_JOB)

This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week Monday - Friday - 12:30pm - 9pm (GMT+1)

Client Timezone: London Timezone (GMT +1)

Key Responsibilities
• Research and compile lists of top-searched travel locations aligned with our affiliate partners (Hotels.com/ExpediaGroup, OpenTable, and Get Your Guide)
• Source individual property listings from trusted platforms
• Copy and paste deep-link URLs for each property into a working spreadsheet
• Search for and embed TikTok video links showcasing each property
• Retrieve and paste static image URLs for each listing
• Ensure all entries are accurate, organised, and submitted on time
• Communicate regularly with the content and launch teams to report progress and flag any issues

Requirements
Required Skills Qualifications
• Prior experience in data entry, research, inventory management, or similar roles
• High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g.,Hotels.com, Expedia, OpenTable)
• Comfortable sourcing and embedding media links (e.g., TikTok videos, image URLs)
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work full-time (37.5–40 hours/week) in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially TikTok) and content trends
• Experience in startup or fast-paced work environments
• Basic understanding of web content management systems (CMS) or digital publishing workflows
