Data Entry Executive

• Enter, maintain organize data in a computer
• Handle day to day office activities
• Answer phone calls and manage emails
Provide a clear roadmap for the research, helps to clarify the research question, and ensures that the researcher stays on track
Must possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately
Accept, Reject, and Update source data into the required electronic format
Verify and log receipt of data
Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software
Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information
Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system
