Key Responsibilities:
Type and format various documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence
Enter data into digital systems with accuracy and speed
Review and proofread typed content for errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting
Transcribe audio recordings or handwritten notes when required
Maintain records and filing systems in both digital and physical formats
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Meet deadlines for assigned tasks
Collaborate with other departments for document preparation
