Job Overview: 247Digitize is seeking candidates with basic oral and written communication skills.

Keyskills:
• Ability to communicate well with peers (Basic communication skills – Oral Written)
• Basic/intermediate/advanced analytical and problem-solving skills (based on the levels) Ability to think from the customer’s point of view. And do the right thing the right way.
• Ability to quickly identify challenges and bring them up to the top management along with probable solutions.
• Flexibility to adjust hours/shifts to meet operating needs
• Holds self to the highest levels of professional code of conduct, ethics, and values, presenting true information at all times as requested.
• Will always strive to deliver a consistent output.

Responsibilities:
• Typing skills with a minimum 30 words per minute.
• Able to review and understand project specifications (like Manuals, Special Instructions etc)
• Able to stick to the processes and the protocols defined (example: new benchmarks, new process, new software, new technology, any other scope projects, etc).
• Getting things clarified always in case of any ambiguities.
• Should update the hourly status and daily production reports as required.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Zeal to learn and acquire skills
• Should have the capacity to identify unique / repeated set of documents within a batch and follow proper escalation methods to confirm coding treatment.

Experience additional skills
• Must be able to understand the general subject requirements.
• Basic MS-word and MS-Excel skills.
