Key Responsibilities:
Enter financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into accounting software.
Verify accuracy of data before entry and perform quality checks.
Reconcile data entries with source documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
Generate and format reports as requested by accounting personnel.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Support the accounting team with general administrative tasks as needed.
