D2C Growth Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to own and manage our D2C channel. You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to drive growth, streamline operations, and optimize performance across our Shopify website and other digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end D2C operations via Shopify
• Own D2C PL, growth KPIs, and retention metrics
• Work on performance marketing, communication strategy sales funnels
• Handle cataloging, listings, UI/UX, and customer journey on-site
• Collaborate with teams for creative, logistics, and customer service needs
• Analyze data and reviews to drive actionable insights and improvements

Who You Are:
• Zeal to learn and grow in the D2C space
• Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of eCommerce D2C brands
• Graduate (any stream); Freshers welcome with relevant knowledge
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• A self-starter who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats
