About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with exceptional English language skills (and the ability to speak with a US accent) to join our team and provide outstanding support to our U.S.-based customers. You’ll be the voice of our brand, helping users solve problems, feel valued, and have a seamless experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and voice support in a timely and empathetic manner.
Resolve product-related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions.
Document customer interactions and feedback to help the team improve product and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain support KPIs.
Requirements
Candidate with excellent written and verbal communication in English with US Accent.
1–3 years of experience in customer support or service roles (SaaS/tech company experience is a plus).
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (EST/PST).
Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, customer-first attitude.
Comfortable using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote support.
