Responsibilities

● Monitoring existing Whatsapp groups for our restaurant and hospitality clients to respond to queries.

● Providing virtual support in real time to clients in the UK, US and more.

● Troubleshooting basic problems with our software and kiosk systems.

● Referring issues to the development team so they can make a ticket to solve the problem.

● Tracking and reporting on the progress of bug fixes to clients. Read more
