Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities: • Directly clients call as necessary to resolve stuck issues identified. • Respond responsibly and effectively to at least a certain section of Zendesk tickets or chats even before our US team shows up at 8 am. (Eg New Damage claim. Respond: So sorry, Pictures plz). • Be an analyst of our processes, sense opportunities for process improvement and automation • Support excel work, support Website and other marketplaces.
