He / She should have excellent communication skills. He / She should have customer centric approach in his / her conversation and should always think about resolving customers problem. He / She will be responsible to answer inbound service related calls from our Saathi Partners. He / She will be responsible for resolving Saathi Partner complaints regarding our products and services. He / She will be responsible to manage end to end return management process. He / She will be responsible for making payment reminder / collections calls
