Customer Support Officer | Contact Centre

Cambridge based, full-time, permanent position available

In this role you will be responsible for:

Creating a positive and memorable customer experience via phone and email
Processing applications, managing requests for service, and payment transactions
Helping resolve the majority of customer interactions at the first point of contact

An experienced and empathetic customer service person

Detail orientated and quality outcome driven
Computer savvy
