What will I Do (Major Functions)

Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and Revenue
achievement. Ensure Cost Optimization. Defining and keeping department SOPs and Policies updated from time to time. Implementing new projects from time to time. Team Reviews, Feedback Appraisals ,Team Trainings Mentoring.
