Customer Support Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Manage large inbound calls.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take an extra mile to engage customers.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Proven customer support experience is added advantage.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduates from any stream
- Fresher or 1 to 5 years in customer care
- English and Hindi Speaking in preferable.
