Job Description

Dosti Global Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Support/Service Executive for one of our esteemed clients. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring accurate data validation within the Animo platform. We are seeking an individual who is highly attentive to detail, well-organized, and possesses a genuine passion for assisting others and acquiring new knowledge

Roles Responsibilities:

● Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within Animo

● Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues

● Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues

● Work closely with the operations team to guarantee proper implementation of tracking and reporting data.

● Inject and upload new data files into Animo.

● Provide teams and individual stakeholders with actionable insights based on data to support decision-making efforts.

● Diagnose data-related bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

● Support the business operation of 24-hour help desk

● Convey your work and results to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Patience with customers

● Desire to learn and adapt to changes

● Comfort in a complex data environment

● Work independently and with team members to understand

● Knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.

● Possess outstanding communications skills, verbal and written.

● Possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.

● Time management and punctuality.

Good to Have:

● Prior industry experience in drilling, completions or well services

● Oil and Gas technical training certifications related to drilling, completions or well services

Eligibility:

● Bachelors or Master's Degree

● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a customer service / Customer support or Similar CS role
