Roles and Responsibilities of Process Executive:

Identify the needs of the customer and give them an appropriate solutionQuickly respond to the customer queries related to the products via emails, chat or phone

calls

Communicate with the concerned authority to update bottlenecks in the product so that the

manager can resolve it nimbly

Update the recent customer conversation details and technical issues in the appropriate

database for future references

Handle all product related data works to the assigned clients

issues which are resolved.

Qualifications for Process Executive:

Experience: Freshers (up to 5 years can also be accepted)Should have splendid reading, writing and speaking communication skills in EnglishMust have a bachelor’s degree(only for freshers and domestic expereince)Candidates with international voice experience can apply(Undergraduates)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
