Customer Support Executive
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our products/services.
Follow up on leads and prospects from various sources.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales.
Provide information about our products/services and answer any questions potential clients may have.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from existing customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product/service inquiries, troubleshooting, and other support needs.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
