Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive responsible for handling the client queries and proving them the solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the company products implementation area, handle complete queries and concerns of customers/clients and to provide the customers with satisfying solutions.

Required Skills:
• Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in communicating with clients via Call/email/Skype
• Good target oriented able to work independently.
• Proficient in keeping follow ups.
• Proven track record in client handling.
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual
• Good knowledge about Social Media such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
