Roles and Responsibilities
• To handle Inbound/Outbound chats or Emails/Calls of international customers and to follow up on cases till resolution is provided.
• Willing to be an excellent customer advocate internally and stand up for what's right by the customer.
• To provide a seamless experience addressing customers' questions
