Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Excellent Communication skills, minimum 1 year of BPO voice exp. Computer and Internet knowledge. Documents required- All Academic (10/12/Grad), All Exp letters and Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Photo, Resume.

Cab facility One Side pick up or drop during odd hours. Rotational Shift 5 days working 2 week off

Communication-Excellent Communication skills

Experience (Yrs) minimum 1 year of BPO voice exp

Work from Office

Geography-Domestic India

Working Days-5 days per week / split week off

Industry Pref - Bpo
