Customer Support Executive

new age e-Laundry Cleaning services business is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executive to join its team

Primary Job Responsibilities would be:

Answering Incoming Calls from Customers
Making outbound calls for inquiries and leads
Take customer requirements and provide accurate information
Managing Google Sheets with different 'Lead Generation' records
Sending daily reports to the Management Team

Some level of flexibility for shifts (no night shift)

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
