Managing end-to-end customer support of the assigned patients. Providing updates and reports to internal stakeholders about patient status, grievances and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Providing program walk through, introducing the health coaches and giving app demo over the telephonic call

*Scheduling periodical appointments of patients with health coaches and sharing pre- requisites

*Taking timely feedback from the patients and maintain a record of it. Handling grivenances

*Following up with patients to enhance engagement levels

*Handling patient grievances and coordinating with internal stakeholder for quick resolution

*Generating referrals from existing customer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
