Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the customer service process to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and phone calls.
• Build trust and maintain sustainable customer relationships through clear and interactive communication.
• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-notch satisfaction.
• Provide product and service knowledge to assist customers.
• Offer accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

Support is required during Australian business hours, from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST.
