Customer Support Executive

Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Making Outbound Calls.

· Handling inquiries/complaints from customers, targeting satisfactory closure.

· Developing relationships with premium clients and customers, thus enhancing the business.

· Making Sales calls.

· Providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s product.

· Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email.

· Customer Satisfaction and improve services.

· Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers.

· Consistency in quality.

· Setting up appointments.

· Manage CRM.

· Good Communication skills

· Computer Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
