Role: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
Location: Bangalore
Shift Pattern: Australian Shift (Early morning login)
Salary: 1+-28k

Requirements:
· Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory
· Freshers and candidates with prior experience in BPO are eligible to apply (International voice process experience is preferred)
· Candidate should have completed 12th/2ndPuc or Graduates from any streams are eligible to apply
· Should be cooperative with rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
· Handling customer queries via call
· Offering proactive assistance to customers
· Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
· Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs
Skills:

· Ability to work under pressure
