Roles Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries: Executive is responsible for handling customer queries related to account opening, trading, settlement, and other issues.
Providing information: Executive should be able to provide accurate information about the products and services offered by the broking firm, including the risks involved, fees, and charges.
Resolving complaints: The Executive should be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalate issues if necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinating with other teams: The Executive should work closely with other teams, such as the Back Office and Front Office, to ensure smooth trade execution and settlement of trades.
Documenting customer interactions: The Executive should maintain records of all customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions, in the system.
Following up with customers: The Executive should follow up with customers to ensure that their queries and complaints have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Providing feedback: The Executive should provide feedback to other teams regarding customer issues and suggestions for improving customer service.
Traits that we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of trading platforms and settlement systems
Understanding of market regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
